Ways to Feel Instantly Happier


Although some factors which affect gladness (yes genetics play a role as with present life circumstances) are out of our control, there are always acts we can take to improve our positive vibes. Take any of these — or any of them! — And you can offer a little boost to your day.


1.Go for a walk. Stand up straight, roll your shoulders behind and place a little hop in your step, instead of tumbling over and wandering about with a frown. According to a new report, it is also possible to mimic a "happy walk".




2. Listen to music. A great way to get your mind clear and smile again instantly is turning on some feel-good music and dancing around the house. When I say you will instantly feel good about yourself and be inspired to do different things you truly will. It always get me up and going, Motivates me to be a better me.


3. Making Plans. Call up some friends or finds something to do and make plans to get out the house instead of sitting around feeling sad. Best thing you can do is make some plans to get away from your thoughts.


4. Meditate. This really relaxes you and helps you focus on the good things and manifest your blessing.


5. Think Positive. Look at what great things are happening in your life and don't focus so much on the negative.




6.Write It Down. When you have no one talk to about what going on. Grab a pen and paper and get it off your chest and get that off will elevate some pressure up off of you.
